Within the academic division, the Office of the Dean of the College enhances CC's distinctive educational experience by providing inclusive teaching, learning, and research opportunities within and beyond the classroom. We promote cross-curricular initiatives; holistic and proactive advising; integrated, engaged, and experiential learning; and academic programs and policies fostering faculty and student success.
